Server Support
Whatever your server and its location we can support it, we understand that if a server is down, it will affect many users. We proactivly perform server housekeeping to ensure that problems do not occur. If the server is online or has a remote digital KVM attached to it we can support and fix server problems remotly, however if required we can work round any access procedures that the datacenter or you may have to gain physical access to the unit to perform corrective maintenance or preventative maintenance. We will work with any 3rd party warrenty support from placing the call to the manufacturer to leeasing with their engineers to replace parts to perform a fix. All server support is covered by a Service Level Agreement, we offer varying SLAs, from Bronze to Platinum Support.
