Training Suite

Early July this year Backbone Concepts Ltd was commissioned to produce a state of the art training facility for In-Tend Ltd. We were given an empty unit in a business centre where In-Tend Ltd operate from and asked to completely kit the room out with furniture, chairs, Desktop PCs, a Hi Definition Projector and a training server including network cabling and various supporting equipment. The deadline was set for early August, giving us a month to complete. This deadline was then brought forward to July the 10th to run a training session that was supposed to run at a different venue that had become unavailable, giving Backbone Concepts less than 8 Days to deliver. The pressure was on!

We agreed a layout design for the room and then sourced the Furniture and Hardware equipment immediately and received most of it on a next day delivery. The remainder continued to arrive over the next couple of days. We were able to get access to the unit and make a start straight away. The Training Suite was completed within 3 Days of receiving the equipment allowing a dry run training session to be made. The two Day training session ran on the 10th and 11th of July without hitch, a member of support was on site for the two days the training session was running to help if required.

We have just completed a brand new installation and migration from old systems to a totaly new IT infrastructure. This integrates two remote offices via secure VPN connection. BDA have taken the advantages of the Virtual IT Department and relies on Backbone Concepts to support its IT infrastructure.
