24x7 Monitoring

All our supported servers and high availabiliy appliances are monitored by us using a variaty of technologies. We use Cacti, MRTG and MRTS which draws data from SNMP for logging trends in server/ device utilisation and resources, this allows us to help you plan for the future, identifying busy periods, disk usage and other resource requirements.

We use NAGIOS for monitoring servers and device availability and ensuring that not only the devices are up, that they are doing their required task. Our tehcnical consultants are alerted via email and mobile SMS to any problems so that we can impliment a fix as soon as their is a problem.

We monitor security using a security scanner which we perform externally to your network and internally, this identifies any possible security threats, allowing us to impliment any patches that might need implimenting or any configuration changes to ensure that security is maintained. Centralised logging is also employed by us to identify possible security threats from firewalls or servers.
