Key Man Cover & Emergency Support

This service is taylored round small and medium sized companies who have their own internal IT expertise. From time to time they may be on holiday, off ill, or you may require extra resources. We will keep upto date with your infrastructure keeping in touch with your infrastructure and configurations. It allows peace of mind that your IT infrastructure, production servers are covered when you need it. We can also offer our expertise to your IT resource for large projects.

If you are not a Backbone Concepts ltd customer we can still offer you support and keyman cover at short notice, obviously it is better to have us standing by when you need us with appropriate documentation for your infrastructure / production environment. Our experts have experience with all major equipment, big or small and all major operating systems. We have staff certified in linux and Windows. So when the stuff hits the fan, we can be there to help.
