Desktop Support
Backbone Concepts Ltd offer a desktop support service and look after your users day to day technical queries. We can do this remotely or on site which ever is required. We undertake maintenance onsite and remotly ensuring that the clients machines run smooth and efficently.
We grant a log in to our bespoke written support site to our customers allowing users with problems to log support queries on our database. We offer a self service section to this site with a growing list of online documentation, FAQs and knowledge base, this allows users who are confident and able to solve their own queries. For queries that cannot be solved by the self service section, support tickets that are logged are responded to prompltly within the same business day, with a usual target resolution within the same day, sometimes faster if you have a Service Level Agreement with us. Our usual support desk hours are 9am -5pm Monday to Friday, however we can offer emergency support if required.
